Tickets are now on sale for Shriekfest 2021! Shriekfest is one of Los Angeles’ longest-running and most successful genre film festivals. Shriekfest alumni include such indie icons as Travis Betz, Gregg Bishop (Siren, The Other Side, Dance of the Dead), Kevin Greutert (Saw VI, Saw 3D), Kenneth J. Hall (Puppetmaster), Olatunde Osunsanmi (The Fourth Kind), Tammi Sutton (Killjoy 2, Isle of Dogs), Darin Scott(Tales From the Hood, Darkhouse), Mike Flanagan (Ouija: Origin of Evil, Before I Wake, Gerald’s Game, Oculus, Absentia), Hiroshi Katagiri (Special FX Master), and many more! Denise Gossett, festival founder and director, started the festival over 20 years ago and has cultivated many careers through the festival.
Festival-goers will once again enjoy the finest in independent cinema from around the globe, from the United Kingdom to Texas; from Connecticut to New Zealand. The opening night will start with the California premiere of WITNESS INFECTION. The festival will also include shorts from Canada and Australia, the west coast premiere of STALKER, and the west coast premiere of TERROR EYES. The 21st Annual Shriekfest Horror/SciFi Film Festival has worked hard to present a festival as diverse as the fans of the Los Angeles city itself. Once again SHRIEKFEST Film Festival exceeds at challenging the idea of what a horror film festival should screen, with eclectic selections (MILK TEETH), to science fiction (NEMESIS), comedy (THE AXE & THE IRON), and even the disturbing (SELFIE).
